*treatment tailored to your needs and goals
*less time spent in Therapy (its not unusual for therapy to take a year(s)
*Science based theories utilized and resources offered to use immediately , based on your needs (Attachment, Trauma-Informed, Somatic (Neurobiology), Solution Focused, Natured-based, and Mindfulness concepts utilized, with a focus on decreased emotional distress (feeling overwhelmed), and increased sense of well being)
*A good fit could be a client seeking a deeper desire for self-knowledge, and/or a client in Acute or non-emergency crisis and needing more Intense Therapeutic support
*One of these sessions will be spent practicing Nature based/informed therapy, weather permitting. Nature is helpful and healing.
*Ultimately all my sessions are designed to help decrease stress and guide clients towards a healthier and satisfying life. INTENSIVES have the potential to offer this much faster than traditional weekly therapy
